- Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and not left unattended. (Droppings must be picked up and disposed of by you).
- Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Off road motorcycles, mini-bikes and all terrain vehicles (ATVs) are not allowed to be ridden in campground.
- Washing of vehicles is not allowed.
- NO open fires except in barbecue grills.
- No tents allowed unless pre-approved by Sundown.
- No clothes lines around camping units or attached to trees.
- Children under 14 are not permitted in the restrooms and showers unless accompanied by an adult. (Please leave the restrooms clean.)
- Laundry facilities are to be left as you would like to find it. Clothes must be removed as soon as they are dry. Dyeing clothes is NOT permitted. Children are not allowed in the laundry room unattended by an adult.
- NO Smoking in the laundry room, restrooms and showers.
- Speed limit is 10 m.p.h.
- Check in/out time is 12 Noon.
- DISCLAIMER - Sundown RV Park provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an “”as is”” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By staying at or using Sundown RV Park, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will Sundown RV Park be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the RV park. This includes, but is no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.
- Payment is due in advance — on the first day of the term you are paying. If daily, payment is due when you arrive or by noon on each subsequent day you stay. If weekly, payment is due on the first day of each 7 day period. If monthly, payment is due in advance on the first day, and on the first day of each subsequent month. Sundown reserves the right to adjust the first month so that it is synchronized with the first of the month, e.g. the first month is pro-rated such that each subsequent month starts on the first of the month. This is done to help simplify billing for Sundown. However this does not mean there will be any pro-rating done in your final month (see next point).
- Monthly and Weekly rates are heavily discounted and such, no refund or pro-rating is done if you do not stay for the term you paid for.
- Weekly and monthly rates do not include electricity. There will be an add’l surcharge for electricity. If you are at a metered site, you will be billed at $0.109 per KWH of usage. if you are not at a metered site, you will be charged $13/week or $50/month for electricity, depending the term you are paying (weekly or monthly).
- Late fees & interest: If payment is not made in full within 30 days, a $25 late fee and interest on the unpaid balance (up to 15% per annum) will be assessed each month on the first of the month until the full balance is paid. You will also be responsible for reimbursing Sundown for any costs incurred in collecting your debt.
- There is a $30 fee for returned & NSF checks.
