  • Sundown RV Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  Additionally, Sundown reserves the right to cancel parking with any party and that party must then vacate the property immediately.  If a rule was not been broken, then Sundown will refund the pro-rated amount back to the customer.
  • Washing of vehicles is not allowed.
  • NO open fires except in barbecue grills.
  • No tents allowed unless pre-approved by Sundown.

  • Any violence, threats of violence or use of profanity directed at anyone working for Sundown or a customer of Sundown is grounds for immediate termination and you must vacate the property immediately.
  • Children under 14 are not permitted in the restrooms and showers unless accompanied by an adult. (Please leave the restrooms clean.)

  • Check in/out time is 12 Noon.
  • Sundown is not a mobile home park and there is no landlord/tenant relationship between Sundown and its customers.  Sundown is a parking facility where you pay for the right to park your vehicle/RV for a finite period of time.  When the time expires, you must remove your vehicle/RV unless Sundown agrees to renew your parking.
  • Please secure all your personal items and make sure all items (including vehicles) are insured.   Sundown is not responsible for the loss of any items or damage to any items, including vehicles, RVs, 5th Wheels, Trailers, ATVs, Motorcycles, etc.
  • DISCLAIMERSundown RV Park provides its services, including but not limited to its sites, utilities, and amenities on an “”as is”” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or impliedBy parking at or using Sundown RV Park, you agree to these terms and that under no circumstances will Sundown RV Park be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from your use of any part of the RV park.  This includes, but is no way limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by our negligence or things beyond our control.
  • Payment is due in advance — on the first day of the term you are paying.  If daily, payment is due when you arrive or by noon on each subsequent day you stay.  If weekly, payment is due on the first day of each 7 day period.  If monthly, payment is due in advance on the first day, and on the first day of each subsequent month you will be parking your vehicle/RV.  Sundown reserves the right to adjust the first month so that it is synchronized with the first of the month, e.g. the first month is pro-rated such that each subsequent month starts on the first of the month.  This may be done to help simplify billing for Sundown.  However this does not mean there will be any pro-rating done in your final month (see next point).
  • If payment is not made on the day it is due, Sundown reserves the right to terminate your parking and you must vacate the property immediately.
  • Monthly and Weekly parking rates are heavily discounted and such, no refund or pro-rating is done if you do not stay for the term you paid for.
  • Any damage to utilities, including electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups are solely the responsibility of the customer/tenant and the customer/tenant must either repair or pay to have repaired the utilities back to their original condition.  This includes:
    • Damaging utilities by backing into them or driving over them or striking them in any other way.
    • Failing to insulate and use heat tape on the hydrant in sub-freezing conditions and subsequently damaging or cracking the hydrant due to freezing.  This is likely to happen if water is connected from the RV to the hydrant and the water is left on.  The hydrant should have heat tape and insulation on it and the hose going to the RV should be insulated … any exposed water pipes should be fully insulated.
    • Drawing too much power or running faulty electrical equipment from the electrical panel and damaging the electronics of the electrical hookup.
  • Any intentional damage to the park is grounds for immediate termination and you must vacate the property immediately.
  • The mailbox at the Park is for everyone staying at the park.   Every space at the Park has access to use this mailbox for incoming and outgoing mail.  Simply having the sender address packages as follows: <Your Name>, 102 North C Street, <your space number>, Grangeville, ID,   83530.   For example:  John Doe, 102 North C Street, Space #1, Grangeville, ID  83530.
  • Weekly and monthly parking rates do not include electricity or other utilities.  There may be an add’l charge for electricity and other utilities (including internet service).  If you are at a metered site, you will be billed at $0.109 per KWH of usage.  if you are not at a metered site, you will be charged $13+/week or $50+/month for electricity, depending the term you are paying (weekly or monthly).  WiFi/internet service may be offered but is not guaranteed.
  • If any rules listed here are violated, it is grounds to have your entire party (including your RV and any other personal items) immediately removed from the property, otherwise it will be considered trespassing and Sundown will have the right to remove you, your party, your RV/Vehicle(s) and all your personal items removed from the Park immediately (if you don’t do so).   If you do not remove yourself and your items, Sundown has the right to contact the local police to have you cited for trespassing and Sundown can remove you and your related items and you will be responsible to Sundown for these costs.
